Delivery Charges
- Delivery fees paid at checkout are subsidised and may not reflect the full cost of delivery.
- We use trusted courier services to ensure your order is delivered safely and promptly.
Returns & Refunds
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you need to return an item, please read the following carefully:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unused, with tags still attached.
- Refunds will be issued minus the actual cost of outbound shipping, regardless of the subsidised delivery rate shown at checkout.
- Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 14 days.
- We do not offer exchanges — you may place a new order for the item(s) required.
Please Note
- If you return part of an order, we reserve the right to deduct the full actual shipping cost we incurred to send your order, not just the amount shown at checkout.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g. headwear or underlayers) may be non-returnable — please check the product description before purchasing.
