UK Guaranteed Delivery

For guaranteed next-day delivery, please place your order by 3pm and select the Next Day Delivery option at checkout. Orders placed after 3pm may not arrive the following day. Shipping costs for this service will be calculated at checkout based on the parcel weight.

If you require Saturday delivery, please select this option when checking out. This must be done by 3pm on Friday.

Guaranteed deliveries require a signature upon arrival. If no one is home, Royal Mail will leave a note with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel.

Delivery Charges

• Delivery fees paid at checkout are subsidised and may not reflect the full cost of delivery.
• We use trusted courier services to ensure your order is delivered safely and promptly.

Returns & Refunds

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you need to return an item, please read the following carefully:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unused, with tags still attached.
• Refunds will be issued minus the actual cost of outbound shipping, regardless of the subsidised delivery rate shown at checkout.
• Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 14 days.
• We do not offer exchanges — you may place a new order for the item(s) required.

Please Note:

• If you return part of an order, we reserve the right to deduct the full actual shipping cost we incurred to send your order, not just the amount shown at checkout.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
• For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g. headwear or underlayers) may be non-returnable — please check the product description before purchasing.
