If an order has been posted and subsequently returned, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund or exchange amount once the postage fee has been confirmed.
UK Guaranteed Delivery
For guaranteed next-day delivery, please place your order by 3pm and select the Next Day Delivery option at checkout. Orders placed after 3pm may not arrive the following day. Shipping costs for this service will be calculated at checkout based on the parcel weight.
If you require Saturday delivery, please select this option when checking out. This must be done by 3pm on Friday.
Guaranteed deliveries require a signature upon arrival. If no one is home, Royal Mail will leave a note with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel.
