We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, therefore we know you’ll love them as much as we do. In the unlikely event that your product is not up to our high standard, and is damaged, please contact me and i will review the issue.

A full refund will be sent if the item is damaged but will be issued once the item is returned to me and i have inspected it. Refunds will NOT be issued on used items or Items that are returned in a condition other than the way the product was sent out including being removed from the bags. Any other issue apart from damaged products will NOT be returned exchanged or refunded that includes watches & pre ordered items

Any unclaimed parcels that have been returned to Hijab Junkie will NOT be cancelled, exchanged or refunded & neither will Hijab Junkie be responsible for paying for parcels to be resent again.

I will contact you via email and once shipping has been paid by the customer I will resend the parcel. I will hold all items for upto 14 working days if I don’t hear anything back all items will be put back on the website and no refund will be given at any circumstances. Hijab junkie will not be held responsible for missing or lost orders after they have been dispatched.


Once dispatched Royal Mail will now be held responsible for delivering your order to you safely and on time. I will give the tracking number when requested and the customer will be held responsible to contact Royal Mail themselves regarding all orders.  I will not be help responsible for any damaged gift boxes while on transit.
